All stock items have a 30 day return policy. Refunds will be issued by the payment method used to place the order provided that the item is in new re-saleable condition, as deemed by a C.J. Warehouse staff member, and includes any and all original packaging.
- Contact C.J. Graphics prior to requesting a refund with details of your order and the reason you are returning the item(s).
- Your refund request must be received within 30 days of your receipt of the product.
- All refunds will be processed through the payment method used to place the order within 3 business days from receipt of return.
- Any return shipping or postage incurred is your responsibility. We will not accept COD or freight-collect shipments.
- Shipping & handling charges will not be refunded unless there is an error on our part related to your order.
